NEW HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCT: THREE-LAYER MEDICAL MASK WITH ELASTIC STRAP (NON-STERILE)

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic situation the large-scale demand for high-quality protective equipment has rapidly arisen in Ukraine.
This provided the impetus for development of a new production line of the factory - manufacturing of medical products for personal protection.

Today the REMED factory produces 2 types of protective masks using new modern equipment:
1. THREE-LAYER MEDICAL MASK WITH ELASTIC STRAP (NON-STERILE), Article: 32.50.50.
Composition: spunbond - 90%, polyester - 6%, lycra - 4%.
2. THREE-LAYER MEDICAL MASK WITH ELASTIC STRING (NON-STERILE), Article: 32.50.50m.
Composition spunbond - 60%, meltblown - 30%, polyester - 6%, lycra - 4%.

Classification by purpose: procedural (everyday) non-sterile disposable.
Application for medical using:
A face mask covers the mouth and nose area is a personal protective equipment.
Designed to increase the level of individual sanitary and epidemiological safety and protection against the risk of infection.
Provides a barrier to minimize the spread of airborne infections.

The raw materials are certified in Ukraine specifically for the medical goods production. All REMED products go through several stages of quality control in accordance with the international standard ISO 13485: 2016 "Medical devices - Quality management systems", the domestic UkrSEPRO standard and are marked with the CE-mark, which confirms compliance with the requirements of EU directives and harmonized standards of the European Union. All major production processes are automated - this allows the REMED factory to produce high quality masks quickly and in large quantities.

The mask is a simple and reliable means of personal protection, but remember that masks are only effective in combination with hand sanitizer or washing hands with soap and water!
